By accessing our website, browsing our collections, or placing an order, you engage in our Service and agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
These Terms apply to all visitors, users and customers of the website.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce infrastructure that allows us to sell our products worldwide.

4. PRODUCTS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Products shown on the website may be available in limited quantities and may sell out quickly.
Prices are displayed in EUR, include VAT where applicable, and may be subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

limit the quantities of any item,
discontinue products without prior notice,
modify product descriptions as needed.

We make every effort to present product colours accurately, but variations may occur due to device screens, lighting or photographic editing.

5. ORDERING PROCESS

Placing an order on our website requires providing accurate and complete information.

Add the item to your cart
Enter shipping and billing details
Review your order
Complete payment

Upon completing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
This email constitutes acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract between you and More Beachwear.

We may cancel an order if:

the product is not available,
we suspect fraudulent activity,
incorrect pricing or information was displayed.

In such cases, you will be notified, and any payments will be refunded.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment can be made using:

credit and debit cards,
PayPal,
Shopify-integrated methods depending on your region.

We do not store full credit card information.

If your bank processes payments in a different currency, conversion fees or exchange rates may apply, and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship orders from Croatia to:

the Republic of Croatia,
the European Union,
selected international destinations.

Shipping fees are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

customs processing,
courier delays,
holiday periods,
weather conditions.

If the delivery address is incorrect or the parcel is not collected, the courier may return it to us. Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your More Beachwear purchase.
However, if something is not right, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, email us at info@morebeachwear.com with:

your order number,
the items you wish to return,
reason for return (optional).

Return Requirements

All returned items must be:

unworn, unwashed and undamaged,
with original tags and hygienic stickers intact,
in original packaging.

Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the item is inspected.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the order.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or colour if stock permits.
Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product:

we will cover return costs,
we will replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.

Please include photos when contacting us to speed up resolution.

9. ACCOUNT & BILLING ACCURACY

promptly update your data, including email, address and payment details.

We may limit or cancel orders placed under the same customer name, credit card or shipping address if suspicious patterns arise.

UVODNE ODREDBE

Ova internetska stranica morebeachwear.com u vlasništvu je i pod upravljanjem društva More-More j.d.o.o., Praška 6, 10000 Zagreb, Hrvatska (OIB: [37687167319], MBS: [080854188]) („More Beachwear“, „mi“, „nas“, „naše“).

Korištenjem ove internetske stranice, pregledavanjem sadržaja, kupnjom proizvoda ili interakcijom s našim uslugama, prihvaćate ove Opće uvjete korištenja („Uvjeti“).
Ako se s Uvjetima ne slažete, molimo vas da ne koristite web stranicu niti internetsku trgovinu.

Internetska trgovina More Beachwear izgrađena je na platformi Shopify Inc., koja osigurava tehničku infrastrukturu za kupovinu, plaćanje i upravljanje narudžbama.

Uvjeti se povremeno ažuriraju, a verzija koja vrijedi u trenutku predaje narudžbe smatra se primjenjivom.

1. OPĆI UVJETI KORIŠTENJA

Zadržavamo pravo odbiti uslugu u bilo kojem trenutku i bilo kojoj osobi, uz poštivanje važećih propisa.

Naše proizvode ne smijete koristiti za nezakonite ili nedopuštene aktivnosti.

U slučaju kršenja ovih Uvjeta možemo obustaviti pristup našim uslugama.

Nastojimo osigurati da su sve informacije na web stranici točne, ali ne možemo jamčiti:

da se boje prikazane na ekranu u potpunosti podudaraju sa stvarnim proizvodom

Cijene su izražene u eurima (EUR) i uključuju PDV, osim ako nije drugačije navedeno.
Zadržavamo pravo izmjene cijena bez prethodne najave.

Svi proizvodi mogu biti povučeni iz prodaje u bilo kojem trenutku.

Fotografije proizvoda prikazane su što vjernije, ali razlike u prikazu boja su moguće zbog tehnike fotografiranja i postavki ekrana.

5. NARUČIVANJE I SKLAPANJE UGOVORA

Postupak narudžbe uključuje:

odabir proizvoda
dodavanje u košaricu
unos podataka za račun i dostavu
pregled narudžbe
potvrdu plaćanja

Nakon predaje narudžbe dobivate Potvrdu narudžbe e-poštom, čime se smatra da je Ugovor sklopljen.

Narudžbu možemo otkazati ako:

proizvoda nema na zalihi,
je došlo do greške u cijeni ili opisu,
postoji sumnja u zlouporabu ili prijevaru.

U slučaju otkazivanja narudžbe, iznos će vam biti vraćen.

6. NAČINI PLAĆANJA

Plaćanje je moguće sljedećim metodama:

kreditne i debitne kartice
PayPal
ostali Shopify podržani sustavi plaćanja

Plaćanja se obrađuju putem sigurnih sustava trećih strana.
Ne pohranjujemo podatke o vašoj kartici.

Ako plaćate iz inozemstva, vaša banka može primijeniti tečajnu konverziju i dodatne naknade.

7. DOSTAVA

Dostavu vršimo u:

Republiku Hrvatsku
zemlje Europske unije
odabrane međunarodne destinacije

Cijena dostave prikazuje se tijekom naplate.

Procijenjeni rokovi isporuke:

Hrvatska: do 7 radnih dana
EU i međunarodno: do 15 radnih dana

Rokovi mogu varirati zbog:

carine
vremenskih uvjeta
praznika
kašnjenja dostavne službe

Ako proizvod nije moguće isporučiti zbog netočne adrese ili nepreuzimanja, pošiljka se može vratiti nama.
Ponovno slanje naplaćuje se dodatno.

Međunarodne pošiljke mogu imati carinske i porezne troškove koje snosi kupac.

8. POVRAT, ZAMJENA I REKLAMACIJE

Kupac ima pravo vratiti proizvod u roku od 14 dana od primitka, sukladno EU propisima.

Uvjeti povrata:

proizvod mora biti nenošen, neoštećen i neoprani
etikete i zaštitne higijenske naljepnice moraju biti netaknute
proizvod mora biti u originalnom pakiranju

Trošak povrata snosi kupac, osim ako je poslan krivi ili neispravan proizvod.

Povrat novca

Iznos se vraća nakon pregleda vraćenog proizvoda.
Trošak dostave ne vraća se osim kod neispravnih artikala.

Zamjena proizvoda

Moguća je zamjena za drugu veličinu ili boju ako je dostupno.
Kupac snosi trošak dostave, osim u slučaju pogreške s naše strane.

Reklamacije

Ako ste primili neispravan ili pogrešan proizvod, snosimo sve troškove povrata i zamjene.

Molimo da priložite fotografije radi bržeg rješavanja.

9. TOČNOST PODATAKA ZA OBRAČUN

Kupac je dužan navesti točne i potpune podatke prilikom narudžbe.
Zadržavamo pravo odbiti ili otkazati narudžbe koje:

koriste iste podatke,
imaju sumnjive obrasce,
upućuju na preprodaju ili zlouporabu.

Kupac je dužan odmah ažurirati eventualne promjene podataka.

10. VANJSKE USLUGE I POVEZNICE

Svi proizvodi se isporučuju „kakvi jesu“, osim gdje je zakonom određeno drukčije.

More Beachwear ne odgovara za:

neizravnu ili posljedičnu štetu,
gubitak podataka,
gubitak dobiti,
probleme uzrokovane trećim stranama (dostavne službe, carina, payment provider).

Ako zakon ograničava izuzeće odgovornosti, primjenjuje se minimalna zakonska zaštita.

16. NAKNADA ŠTETE

Korisnik pristaje nadoknaditi štetu More Beachwearu u slučaju povrede ovih Uvjeta ili kršenja prava trećih strana.

17. NIŠTETNOST POJEDINIH ODREDBI

Ako se neka odredba ovih Uvjeta pokaže nevažećom, ostatak Uvjeta ostaje na snazi.

18. RASKID UGOVORA

Ovi Uvjeti vrijede do trenutka raskida od strane korisnika ili More Beachweara.

Pristup možemo ukinuti u slučaju kršenja Uvjeta.
Kupac odgovara za sve obveze nastale prije raskida.

19. CJELINA UGOVORA

Ovi Uvjeti, zajedno s Politikom privatnosti i Politikom povrata, predstavljaju cjelokupan sporazum između korisnika i More Beachweara.

20. MJERODAVNO PRAVO

Ovi Uvjeti uređuju se prema zakonima Republike Hrvatske, osim kada potrošačka prava korisnika određuju drugačije.
